The Watts Prophets® were the first to use the title "Rappin™ " on an album. The Watts Prophets® are a living bridge from the Civil Rights of the sixties to the Hip Hop generation of today. They have worked with Bob Marley, Nina Simone, Quincy Jones and have been sampled by Dr. Dre, DJ Quick, DJ Shadow, Too short and others.
